Please make sure that you double check the email address you entered when you went through the payment process, as I will be sending your Mini Akashic Soul Report to that email address!
2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Under "Order Summary" there will be a button that says "Download" - this is a little confirmation letter from me to read!
3. You will receive another email shortly after placing your order from hello@thegoodwitchgoestoearth.com confirming receipt of your info and an estimated timeframe your reading will be completed. Usually Mini Akashic Soul Reports are completed within 1 week of placing your order!

If you wish to cancel and get a refund, please contact me ASAP. The earlier you let me know, the more likely it is I can give a refund. I can’t guarantee it is possible to refund your reading after you have purchased it – this is because I can start the Akashic Records research for your reading at any time. Once I have started this process and invested time in your reading, a refund is no longer possible.
My payment processor (Wix Payments) charges a 2.9% fee on all transactions, which is non-refundable under all circumstances. So, if you request a refund for a reading, and it is deemed necessary, you will be refunded — minus the fee on your original transaction.
There are absolutely no refunds available after a reading is delivered.
