2. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Under "Order Summary" there will be a button that says "Download" - this is a little confirmation letter from me to read!
 
3. You will receive another email shortly after placing your order from hello@thegoodwitchgoestoearth.com confirming receipt of your info and an estimated timeframe your reading will be completed. 
 
Please note: Readings can take up to 2 -3 weeks to be completed from when you place your order. I am very thorough and strive to provide as many details as the Akashic Records will reveal to me!

If you wish to cancel and get a refund, please contact me ASAP. The earlier you let me know, the more likely it is I can give a refund. I can’t guarantee it is possible to refund your reading after you have purchased it – this is because I can start the Akashic Records research for your reading at any time. Once I have started this process and invested time in your reading, a refund is no longer possible. 
 
My payment processor (Wix Payments) charges a 2.9% fee on all transactions, which is non-refundable under all circumstances. So, if you request a refund for a reading, and it is deemed necessary, you will be refunded — minus the fee on your original transaction.
 
There are absolutely no refunds available after a reading is delivered.
